1. Eligibility: This contest is open to all

2. Contest Period: The duration of the contest will be from 9th May, 2024 to 15th May, 2024. There needs to be a minimum of 20 entries for the contest to be valid and prizes to be distributed. 

3. How to Enter: To enter the contest, participants must follow the following steps –
a. Post an Instagram Reel using the neOwn Mom Song.
b. They must tag @neown.in in the reel. 

4. Prize: The winners will be selected based on creativity, reach etc. from all valid entries received. There will be 1 winner in the first place who will receive a phone worth up to ₹15,000/- or equivalent. There will be 2 second-place winners who will receive a smartwatch worth up to ₹10,000/- or equivalent. There will be 5 third-place winners who will receive a mom hamper worth up to ₹2500/- or equivalent.

5. Winner Selection: The winners will be selected by neOwn based on creativity, reach etc. and the decision will be final. The winners will be notified via phone call or Instagram DM within 7 days of the end of the Contest Period.

6. Claiming the Prize: To claim the prize, the winners must provide their full name, postal address, and a valid phone number within 5 days of receiving our communication. The prize will be mailed to the winners at the address provided. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. 

7. Publicity: By participating in the contest, participants agree to allow neOwn to use their names, photographs, and videos of the entry for promotional purposes without compensation. By entering the Contest, you agree to receive promotional messages on your phone number from neOwn regarding our products and services. 

8. Disclaimer: neOwn is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged entries, or for any technical or other errors that may occur during the entry process. neOwn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without notice. 

9. Governing Law: The contest is governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai. 

10. Personal Data: By participating in the contest, participants agree to provide their personal information to neOwn for the purposes of administering the contest and contacting the winners. 

11. Acceptance: Participation in the contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
