How much does it cost?
Here is the pricing for all our Toy Library products:
Kids' Toy Library Subscription:
3 months: ₹1799/-
6 months: ₹2799/-
12 months: ₹5399/-
How does it work?
Here’s the breakdown of our process:
- Purchase Subscription: You can select any one of our subscription plans ranging from 3 months to 12 months
- Selection: You can select items from our online catalog. We have an in-house expert available if you need any help with recommendations!
- First delivery: Items get delivered right to your doorstep for the month.
- First pickup & exchange: At the end of 30 days with your first set of items, our delivery partner will come to your doorstep to pick them up and give you a fresh new set of items.
- Repeat: This process will continue month after month until you end your subscription.
What will I get in the neOwn Toy Library Subscription?
Your neOwn Toy Library Subscription will contain:
- 3 toys + 2 books per month (total 5 items per month)

Can I cancel anytime?
At this time, we do not offer order cancellation.

How do I choose my toys & books?
Once you’ve bought the neOwn Toy Library Subscription, we'll send you an online catalog where you can select your toys & books. If you need any recommendations, we have an in-house expert available for help.
When will my neOwn Subscription be shipped?
Once you have selected your items, delivery will occur within 2-5 working days. If you have any more questions, feel free to get in touch with us at +91 9137081640
Do I have to return the products?
We’ll send our delivery partner directly to your doorstep for the delivery and the pickup of the items. All you have to do is be available to receive the delivery and keep the items packed when it's time for the pickup.
What if I damage a toy/book?
If the damage can be repaired by us such that it can still be sent to others, there will be no additional charge to you.
If the damage is such that it cannot be circulated anymore, we will charge you 40% of the MRP of the toy/book (and you can keep the toy/book).

Can I pause my subscription?
Yes - if you have an active subscription and you need to take a break in between months, you can pause your subscription for minimum 7 days and maximum 30 days. Please speak with our team at +91 9137081640 for more details!
