neOwn began with a simple goal: to make reading accessible and enjoyable for all kids. Inspired by our founder’s journey as a mother of two—neOwn was designed to solve common challenges parents face. From cluttered shelves and endless purchasing to the need for consistent reading habits, Kranti created neOwn as a digital library solution for parents who want a better way to support their children’s growth through reading. Today, neOwn is more than just a library; it’s a complete support system to help parents raise confident, well-rounded kids.

Meet the Founder
Previously COO at Shemaroo Entertainment, she transitioned from corporate leadership to creating a solution inspired by her own children’s needs. Her vision is to make neOwn a trusted partner for parents, delivering quality, sustainability, and confidence-building tools to every family. Kranti combines deep industry knowledge and personal experience to bring a unique approach to reading and sustainable ownership.

Do you deliver all over India?
Currently, we only deliver books all over India.
Delivery is free within Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and Mira-Bhayander.
Outside Mumbai: There is an additional delivery charge for Book Library deliveries outside Mumbai.
(Toy Library is only operating in Mumbai as of now)
How does the Library Subscription work?
Step 1: 📚🧸You can subscribe to any plan from our website.
Step 2: 📲Download the neOwn app to select your books or toys.
Step 3: 📦Books/toys will be delivered and the pickup and exchange will happen after maximum 30 days
Step 4: 🔁Finally you return and repeat the same for all the following months of your subscription!

Once you have subscribed, you can download our app📲 from which you can select the books or toys 📚🧸
You can select any books/toys of your choice, and in case you are not sure what to pick we have a book expert in-house who can help you out if needed 💖

We keep a very wide variety of fiction books for children between the ages of 0-15 years, and we also have a lot of non-fiction and educational books for children between the ages of 0-15 years.
We have wide range of premium toys for children between the ages of 6 months - 8 years. This includes STEM toys, Montessori toys, developmental toys, toys for pure fun, and more!

We cater to the following age groups:
- Book Library: 0-15 years
- Toy Library: 6 months - 8 years
I have books/toys at home that I want to donate, how can I do that?

How do you sanitize the books & toys?
Our process to ensure the books & toys are hygenic and in good condition:
- All toys are cleaned by our team before and after they go to or come back from any customer to ensure they are 100% sanitary
- We also clean board books to ensure they are 100% sanitary
- We do a thorough check of all books & toys twice - once after they have come back from customers and the second time before they are going to another customer
- If any books or toys are of bad quality we don't circulate it among customers anymore

How does the Reading Challenge work?

Step 2: Request to join the WhatsApp Group (we will approve the request 2-5 days before the upcoming challenge)
Step 3: Read the Challenge Instructions which will be sent on the WhatsApp Group 1 day before the challenge

Step 5: Win Certificates & Badges upon successful completion of the challenge
