Outside Mumbai: There is an additional delivery charge for Book Library deliveries outside Mumbai.

Step 3: 📦Books/toys will be delivered and the pickup and exchange will happen after maximum 30 days

Step 4: 🔁Finally you return and repeat the same for all the following months of your subscription!

You can select any books/toys of your choice, and in case you are not sure what to pick we have a book expert in-house who can help you out if needed 💖

In an exceptional case if there is an error on neOwn’s part and your subscription has not yet started, a refund may be issued at neOwn’s discretion.
In case your subscription has started, then it will not be possible to provide a refund.

Our process to ensure the books & toys are hygenic and in good condition: 

• All toys are cleaned by our team before and after they go to or come back from any customer to ensure they are 100% sanitary
• ⁠⁠We also clean board books to ensure they are 100% sanitary 
• ⁠We do a thorough check of all books & toys twice - once after they have come back from customers and the second time before they are going to another customer 
• ⁠⁠If any books or toys are of bad quality we don't circulate it among customers anymore
