Ellie's thrilled to be doing work experience at teen magazine, Heart, even though life isn't all celebrity chat and fashion makeovers for the aspiring young journalist. She's trying to track down a famous author for an exclusive interview. But the author's playing hard to get and Ellie can find no way of contacting him.
