Minor damage: No charge
Major damage OR lost books/ toys: Pay 40% of book/ toy’s MRP. You can keep the item forever!

Are the books clean and hygienic?

Our process to ensure the books are hygenic and in good condition: 

- We do a thorough check of all books twice - once after they have come back from customers and the second time before they are going to another customer 
- We also clean board books to ensure they are 100% sanitary 
- If any books are of bad quality we don't circulate them among customers anymore

What if my child doesn't read the books?

Most kids start slow — that's perfectly normal. The physical presence of books at home is what starts the habit. New books every month keep curiosity alive. 85% of 3-month subscribers become consistent readers by the end of their plan.
